The AS 50 is a horizontal cartoning machine with continuous intermittent motion.

This cartoner is offering wide capability of carton sizes and can handle variety of products.

AS 50 can be customized to handle products with different characteristics.

This horizontal cartoner is suitable to handle cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, as well as baked products, frozen foods, variety of spare parts, and miscellaneous components, etc.

This is mechanical machine, where movement of all components is synchronized by common cam driven by electric motor with variable speed control.

Pre-glued carton blanks can have:-

tuck-in closure.
flaps glued by hot melt.
tuck-in closure and flaps glued by hot melt.

Machine is equipped with safety guards complying to CEE requirements.
